Relax At Home
Both therapists arrive together, the tables rise, one start, one finish, gone in ten minutes.
Most couples worry they do not have the space. Almost every Dubai home does — a living room with the coffee table pushed aside is plenty.
- About 3 × 3 metres of clear floor — a living room or bedroom both work
- One power socket for a small speaker and a towel warmer
- Building access — tell us the rules and we handle the rest
- Nothing else. Tables, linens, towels, oils and music all come with us
What couples say
after the room goes quiet.
We booked this for our anniversary and honestly I expected it to feel awkward — two strangers, two tables, our living room. It wasn’t like that at all. They arrived together, moved the coffee table themselves before I could offer, and had everything set up while I was still making tea. Same…
Couple Full Body Massage in Dubai
A full body massage means exactly what it says: the complete route from back and shoulders through legs, feet, arms, hands, neck and scalp, with nothing skipped for time. It is not a technique in itself — it is a coverage standard, and you choose which technique it’s delivered in.
A couple full body massage at home in Dubai means two DHA-licensed therapists arriving together, two tables, both partners covered head to toe, and both sessions starting and finishing on the same clock. Each table picks its own technique and its own pressure. The price covers both regardless of what either of you chooses.
This page covers what the complete route actually includes, how long it honestly needs, which technique to pick, how draping works, and what “full body” should and shouldn’t mean when someone offers it.
What the Full Body Route Actually Covers
The standard sequence, in the order it’s worked:
Back and shoulders. The opening and usually the longest region. Upper back, shoulder blades, the band across the tops of the shoulders, the mid-back and the lower back. This is where most desk-and-commute tension actually sits, and it gets proportionate time.
Backs of the legs. Hamstrings, calves, the backs of the knees worked carefully, and the glutes where the booking allows for it.
Feet. Soles, arches, heels and toes. Brief in a sixty-minute full body — for real foot work, reflexology is the dedicated session.
The turn. You roll over. The therapist holds the drape; nothing is exposed during the turn.
Fronts of the legs. Quads, shins, ankles.
Arms and hands. Forearms, upper arms, wrists and each hand individually. Most rushed sessions skimp here; a proper full body doesn’t.
Chest and abdomen. Upper chest and collarbone area only, worked over the drape or skipped entirely — this is standard practice and always your choice. The abdomen is not worked unless specifically requested, and never during pregnancy.
Neck, shoulders and scalp. The closing region, worked with you face-up. Most people describe this as the best part of the hour, which is why it comes last.
How Long Full Body Honestly Needs
Worth being direct, because this is where services quietly cut corners.
Sixty minutes covers the full route at working pace. Every region gets attention, nothing is skipped, and the pacing is efficient rather than leisurely. This is a genuine full body session and it is the most-booked length in the city. Nobody should apologise for booking it.
Ninety minutes is where full body stops feeling like a route being completed. The back gets fifteen minutes instead of eight. The feet get proper attention. The neck and scalp finish gets its full time. Most couples who try both settle here.
One hundred and twenty minutes gives every region the time a dedicated session would — and turns the massage into the evening rather than part of it.
Under sixty minutes is not a full body. A thirty or forty-five minute session covers the back, shoulders and neck properly, which is a good session — but it isn’t full body and we won’t call it one. If someone offers a forty-five minute full body, regions are being skipped.
Which Technique to Choose
Full body is a coverage standard. The technique determines what the hour actually feels like.
Swedish — the default and the right answer for most people. Long strokes, kneading, moderate pressure, warm oil. Suits every experience level and every body. If you’re unsure, book this.
Deep tissue — full body in deep tissue is a demanding ninety minutes and genuinely intense. Most people who want deep tissue want it on two or three regions rather than everywhere. Worth discussing at booking.
Balinese — flowing, rolling, warm coconut oil, gentle stretching folded in. The occasion choice and the richer version of Swedish.
Aromatherapy — Swedish base with an essential oil blend chosen per partner. The simplest upgrade and the best sleep outcome.
Hot stone — heated basalt layered through the route. Deepest warmth, least effort required from you, strongly seasonal from November.
You can mix. Full body Swedish on one table and full body deep tissue on the other is an extremely common booking, and the price doesn’t change.
Draping, Modesty and What Actually Happens
The most-asked question about full body massage, answered plainly.
Undressing. You undress to your own comfort level in private before the therapists come into the room. Most people leave underwear on. Some don’t. Both are entirely normal and neither affects the session.
Draping is continuous. You are covered with a sheet or towel at all times. Only the specific region being worked is uncovered — one leg, or the back — and it is re-covered before the therapist moves on. At no point is more than one region exposed.
The turn is managed. The therapist holds the drape up and looks away while you roll. Nothing is exposed.
Chest and abdomen are optional. Upper chest work is done over the drape or skipped entirely; the abdomen is only worked on specific request. Saying no requires no explanation.
Glutes are optional too. They’re part of a thorough full body and a genuine source of lower-back tension, but they’re skipped without question on request, and worked over the drape where preferred.
Same-gender therapists are standard on request. Two female therapists is the most-requested pairing across the city and staffed generously. Two male or mixed are equally available. Chosen at booking, filed permanently, delivered without asking twice.
Everything is single-use. Fresh linens, towels and face-cradle covers for every booking, without exception.
Why the Couple Format Matters Here
Two full body sessions booked separately means two appointments, two prices and two different hours — usually with one of you waiting.
The couple format gives both partners the complete route at the same hour in the same room. Two therapists, two tables, one start, one finish. When the hour ends, you both get up.
It also means neither partner has to compromise. Different techniques, different pressures, different regions of focus, different areas avoided — all on the same clock, all for one price. The most common couple booking in Dubai is not two matching sessions; it’s two different ones running together.
Who Full Body Suits
Anyone whose tension is general rather than one specific knot
Long weeks where the whole body has accumulated the load
First-time massage receivers, where the complete route is the right introduction
Sleep difficulty and the wound-up end of a working week
Occasions, where coverage and comfort matter more than therapeutic targeting
Couples who want the same experience at the same time without compromise
Who Should Book Something Else
One specific problem area. A sixty-minute deep tissue on the back and shoulders does more for a chronic knot than a full body that visits it for eight minutes.
Feet only. Reflexology is the dedicated foot session and reaches far deeper than a full body’s brief pass.
Mobility and stiffness. Thai works range of motion, which no oil full body addresses.
Head, neck and shoulders only. The seated thirty-to-sixty minute format is more useful than a full body for that specific pattern, and fits where time is short.
Safety Notes and When to Postpone
Pregnancy: the prenatal-adapted full body runs from the second trimester with a doctor’s approval — side-lying, lighter pressure, abdomen avoided entirely, no hot stone. First trimester is declined.
Recent injury, surgery or acute inflammation: the affected area waits until a doctor clears it. The rest of the route is usually still workable.
Fever or active infection: postpone.
Skin conditions, open wounds or serious sunburn: the area is avoided, and significant sunburn postpones entirely.
Blood thinners, clotting disorders, uncontrolled blood pressure, heart conditions or any managed condition: mention at booking. The session adapts, and where clearance is genuinely needed we say so.
Allergies: declare at booking. Unscented base oil is standard on request and nut-derived carriers are swapped on a word.
We are a licensed home massage service, not a medical provider. Full body massage relieves muscular tension and supports relaxation; it does not treat, diagnose or cure medical conditions, and nothing here is medical advice.
What We Need From You
A room. Space for two tables — a living room is standard, a bedroom where the plan suits it better. A photo at booking settles any doubt, and we’ll say honestly if the room won’t take two.
A socket if the booking includes hot stones.
Any areas to focus on or avoid, said at booking or at the door. Both are normal requests and neither needs explaining.
Your pressure preference per person.
Everything else — tables, linens, towels, oils, face-cradle covers — arrives with the therapists. Setup and pack-down take under ten minutes each way and the room is left exactly as it was found.
Pricing
One figure covers both partners. It includes both therapists, both tables, all linens and towels, the oils and the travel to your door. It is quoted in the message before you book and matched at the door.
No per-therapist multiplication, no travel fee by area, no late-slot premium and no surcharge for choosing one technique over another. Two different full body techniques cost exactly what two matching ones do.
Coverage Across Dubai
Couple full body runs to every area we serve — the coastal belt from the Marina to Jumeirah, the central districts, the villa belt, the eastern corridor, old Dubai’s quarters, the southern reach and across into Sharjah.
Arrival windows differ honestly by distance: coastal and central districts inside about an hour, villa belt and eastern corridor around an hour and a quarter, far southern communities and Sharjah at an hour and a half with half a day’s notice. Each area page quotes its own window plainly. The price is the same everywhere.
Frequently Asked Questions — Couple Full Body Massage Dubai
What does full body actually include?
Back, shoulders, both legs front and back, feet, arms, hands, neck and scalp — the complete route with nothing skipped. Chest, abdomen and glutes are optional and always your choice.
Is sixty minutes really enough for a full body?
Yes, at working pace with every region covered — it’s the most-booked length in the city. Ninety gives each region more time, which is why most couples move to it eventually.
Do we have to undress completely?
To your own comfort level, in private, before the therapists enter. Most people keep underwear on. You’re covered with a drape throughout regardless.
Can we have different techniques?
Every table books independently — full body Swedish on one and deep tissue on the other is extremely common, and the price doesn’t change.
Can we ask to skip certain areas?
Any area, without explanation. Say so at booking or at the door and it’s simply not worked.
Can we request two female therapists?
The most-requested pairing in the city and staffed generously. Filed permanently on the first booking so you never ask twice.
Are the linens fresh?
Single-use linens, towels and face-cradle covers for every booking, without exception.
Do both massages really start together?
That’s the entire point of the couple format — two therapists, one start, one finish, no staggering and no one waiting.
