Terms and condition

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Couple Massage Dubai and to the use of couplemassagedubai.ae. Couple Massage Dubai is a home and hotel massage service based in Al Barsha, Dubai, operated by [Company legal name] under a UAE trade licence. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

Couple Massage Dubai provides professional massage for two people at the same time, in the same room, by two DHA-licensed therapists. Sessions take place at your home, villa, apartment or hotel room in Dubai, with Sharjah and Ajman available on request. Our services are for relaxation and general wellbeing only. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy or a substitute for advice from a doctor.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to book. Both people receiving a session must also be eighteen or older. By booking, you confirm that you have the right to use the address provided for the session.

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through WhatsApp, the contact form on our website or email. A booking is confirmed only when our team has confirmed the date, time, address, techniques, duration, therapist pairing and price.

Please make sure the details you give us are accurate. If your building, community or hotel requires visitor registration, you are responsible for adding the therapists’ names or informing reception before they arrive.

Therapist Pairing

You may request two female therapists, two male therapists, or one of each. We confirm the pairing before your booking is locked. If the pairing you request is not available at your chosen time, we will tell you and offer another time. We do not change a confirmed pairing at the door without your agreement.

We cannot guarantee a specific therapist by name, as rosters change. If you would like the same therapists again, we will try to arrange it.

Prices and Payment

Prices are per couple and depend on the duration and technique booked. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. We do not add hotel surcharges, late-night charges, parking fees or distance charges within Dubai. Bookings in Sharjah and Ajman include a travel charge, which is confirmed before you book.

Payment is due at the end of the session by card, cash or bank transfer. Memberships and gift vouchers are paid in advance.

Deposits

During busy periods, including Valentine’s week, Eid and New Year, we may ask for a deposit to hold your slot. Deposits are refundable if you cancel within the cancellation notice period below.

Cancellations and Changes

You can cancel or change a booking free of charge with at least three hours’ notice before the confirmed start time.

Cancellations with less than three hours’ notice, or at the door, carry a travel charge to cover the therapists’ time and transport. If the therapists arrive and cannot access the address or reach you within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

We may need to cancel or reschedule a booking in rare cases, such as therapist illness, severe weather or safety concerns. If this happens, we will contact you as early as possible and offer a new time or a full refund of any deposit.

Arrival Times

We give an arrival window based on your area, the time of day and traffic conditions. If the therapists do not arrive within the confirmed window, your session will be discounted or rebooked, whichever you prefer. We will let you know as soon as possible if a delay is expected.

Your Space

Please provide a clean, safe room with enough floor space for two massage tables, a working power socket where needed, and comfortable air conditioning. If the space is not suitable for two tables, the therapists may suggest a seated session or a change of room. Pets should be kept away from the session area.

Health and Safety

Before your session, you must tell us about any condition that could affect your massage, including pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, blood clots, high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions, allergies or any illness.

Sessions are not provided during the first trimester of pregnancy. From the second trimester, a prenatal-adapted session is available only with your doctor’s agreement. Therapists may adapt, shorten or decline a session if they believe it is unsafe. If you choose not to share relevant health information, you accept responsibility for any resulting effects.

Professional Conduct

All sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any request for services outside professional massage, any inappropriate behaviour, or any situation where the therapists feel unsafe will result in the session being ended immediately. In these cases, the full price remains payable, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Clients must treat therapists with respect. Therapists may refuse to start or continue a session if a client is intoxicated, aggressive or behaving inappropriately.

Satisfaction

If either of you is unhappy during the first ten minutes of the session, tell the therapists. They will adjust the session, or stop it without charge. Complaints after a session should be sent to us within forty-eight hours so we can look into them properly.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the duration and technique shown on the voucher and must be used before the expiry date stated. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and lost vouchers cannot be replaced unless we can verify the original purchase. Bookings made with a voucher follow the same cancellation terms as other bookings.

Couple Wellness Membership

Membership sessions are paid in advance each month. Unused sessions can roll over to the following month once, after which they expire. Membership terms, including prices and cancellation of the membership itself, are confirmed when you join.

Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables secure during your session. Couple Massage Dubai is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to deliver every session safely and professionally. To the extent permitted by UAE law, Couple Massage Dubai is not liable for any reaction, injury or loss resulting from information that was not disclosed before the session, from failure to follow the therapists’ advice, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Website Use

The content on couplemassagedubai.ae, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Couple Massage Dubai and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on the website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but prices, services and availability may change.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it and your rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. The terms in place at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
